Principle

Veräin Media collects as little data as possible and never asks for information without a concrete need. No data is shared with third parties.

Data collected

The only data we collect is your email address, and only if you subscribe to our newsletter. We do not ask for your name, first name, or organisation name.

Legal basis: consent given at subscription, revocable at any time via the unsubscribe link present in every email.

Cookies

No advertising or profiling cookies. No third-party tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.).

Retention

Your email address is kept as long as you remain subscribed. Upon unsubscription, it is deleted within 30 days.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right at any time to access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent.

To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@veraein.lu. Response within 30 days maximum. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg Data Protection Authority (CNPD).
